On-Demand Office Space
     The project provides on-demand office space on Canal Street in Tribeca. The structure will act as an extension of the street-scape in a pathway of circulation weaving through the program within. The main interior circulation path is exposed on the façade through the use of tessellated organic-looking glass, while the more structured programmatic spaces maintain the rectilinear office vocabulary. The intersections of the two types of spaces create dynamic interior areas of collaboration. The building is understood as a gradient from public to private; branching up from the active domain of the street to the more focused penthouse spaces at the top of the building. The circulation throughout the building becomes an active organism linking volumes of program and expressing itself dramatically on the façade of the building.
